it deserves its 3 stars. all in all, i spend my time greatly. it was good to have a fully-fitted kitchen along with a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator.

Beds were uncomfortable.

We would recommend to anyone. We appreciated a dining area, a writing table and a couch bed. Plus, it was good to have free Wi Fi. Booked table at Butler Brothers Bar, it's their onsite restaurant.

By and large, it was vacation base for sightseeing in Dallas, had much fun. King studio overlooks city and includes a microwave, a fridge and kitchenware. Thoroughly enjoyed on-site restaurant Butler Brothers Bar...

A mini-kitchen was an added bonus. Access to pioneer plaza. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Wild Salsa that was only 10 minutes' walk away;))

we greatly enjoyed it. it was definitely 3 stars for us. location so close to o bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away. the hotel is situated an easy walk to every place we like, for example renaissance tower.
